Location: Campus View, Highline College
Compensation: $17.49/ hr + FREE single bedroom in 4-bedroom unit

Position Overview:
Campus View is hiring Resident Assistants! RAs are student leaders who help create a welcoming, safe, and supportive residential community. They connect with residents, plan events, uphold policies, and serve as a resource throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build community through programs and intentional interactions
• Support residents and refer to campus resources when needed
• Respond to incidents and serve in the on-call rotation
• Assist with housing operations and office coverage
• Uphold Campus View and Highline College policies

Requirements:

• Must be a current Highline student (6+ credits, 2.5 GPA min)
• Live in Campus View for the full academic year
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must attend training, assist with move-in/out, and serve on-call
