Campus Supervisor Resources

Hiring student workers is rewarding and educational to both the student and the supervisor. Campus departments can hire students for work study, general fund, or volunteer/internship positions. Everything you need to know about being a campus student employee supervisor is in the Student Employee Supervisor Manual. Supervisor training is also available throughout the year and will be required for all new supervisors. Student Timesheets

All on campus student employees should use the online time sheet system in ctcLink under HCM. Employees are paid on the 10th & 25th, or the closest banking day, of each month though a mailed check or direct deposit. View the Pay Schedule!
