Position Type: Part-Time, Student Employment
Location: On-Campus (Building 6)
Schedule: Flexible – Max 19 hours/week while school is in session.
May be eligible 40 hours/week (per supervisor approval during school break periods).
Position Summary
The Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct Coordinator contributes to the educational and outreach efforts of the Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct. This position assists with prevention programming, marketing, communications, committee participation, and special projects that support the mission of the Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct
Job Duties
- Assist with educational programs, workshops, and tabling events related to academic integrity, CARE, Student Conduct, etc.
- Assist with the collection, tracking, and reporting of survey responses and program participation data.
- Design flyers, posters, videos, social media content, and other promotional materials.
- Create, edit, and distribute office newsletters and communications.
- Attend and actively participate in the Anti-Hazing Committee.
- Assist campus community members on how to complete a referral/report to the Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Office of Community Standards and Student Conduct.
