General Fund
General Fund is an on-campus student employment program.
Qualifications
- Any student taking 6 or more college credits is eligible. The department that hires you pays your wages so you don’t need to qualify for Financial Aid in order to work on campus.
- Starting January 1st of 2024, you earn starting at $16.28 an hour, the current minimum wage or otherwise stated by your supervisor.
- Students can work up to 19 hours per week but many work less. You and your supervisor will determine your work schedule.
- International Students may refer for qualifications and important information, available on the International Student Programs office website.
- Must have a GPA of 2.5 or more.

- Once you have been offered a position print, fill out the onboarding form with your supervisor. You will find the form under the Employees tab, “I am a New Student Employee”. Submit the paperwork to careerandtransfer@highline.edu. Our office is located in building 6-164.
